Know who is coming in
Before arrival every guest completes online check-in and verifies their identity with an ID document. The data goes to the Italian State Police Alloggiati portal.

Automated tax
We act as withholding agent
We apply and pay the 21% short-let withholding tax and prepare the annual tax certificate (CU). Tourist tax and CIN are handled for every home.

Guests' ID documents serve legal obligations such as police registration. Never published.

On the website, home locations are approximate: the exact address arrives only after booking.
