Can you host a large group?
We have over 80 flats across Sanremo, Bordighera, Ospedaletti and San Lorenzo al Mare: for a group we look for homes close together, often in the same area.
Do you have rates for long stays?
Yes. For long stays and recurring trips we agree a dedicated rate and send it to you in writing.
Are homes cleaned during the stay?
On request we schedule cleaning and linen changes during the stay, as often as your team needs.
How does check-in work?
Every guest checks in online before arrival; where available, entry is self check-in. No waiting, even late in the evening.
Do you issue e-invoices?
Yes, issued by ABC SRLS: made out to your company or production, with VAT number and SDI code or PEC. One invoice even for several homes.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer. Amounts and due dates are set out in the quotation, before you confirm.
What if dates change or we need to cancel?
Change and cancellation terms are written into the quotation before you confirm. No hidden rules.
Can you split documents by guest or cost centre?
Tell us in your request what you need (a single invoice or separate documents per guest or cost centre) and we'll agree it in the quotation.
Who registers guests with the police (Alloggiati Web)?
We do. Each guest checks in online with an ID document before arrival; we send the notification to the police, as Italian law requires.
Is the tourist tax included?
No: it is a municipal tax, separate from the price of the nights. We show it in the quotation and it is paid during online check-in.
