The questions you ask yourself. Our answers.

  • What if they damage my home?

    Every guest does online check-in with a verified ID before arriving: we always know who is there. After every stay our teams check and clean; if something breaks we tell you straight away and get it repaired, with the receipt in the statement.

  • What if it doesn't earn?

    You pay no fixed fees or set-up costs: we only earn if you do. We update the prices every day and list the home on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, smaller platforms and our own website, with a single calendar.

  • What about taxes?

    We handle them. We deduct and pay the 21% withholding tax, early in the year we send you the CU (Certificazione Unica, the annual tax certificate) for your accountant, we pay the tourist tax to the Comune and register guests on Alloggiati Web.

  • Can I use it myself whenever I want?

    Of course. You block the dates in the app and all the platforms update on their own.

  • How do I see the money?

    In the app, at any time. On the 15th of the following month the bank transfer arrives with the statement: every booking, every item, no surprises. The accounting rules are set out on the ‘How the accounts work’ page.

  • Who cleans between guests?

    Our teams, after every stay, with linen washed in our own laundry. The guest pays for the final cleaning.

Cleaning and linen

Sheets and towels? We wash them.

We have our own laundry. We wash and sanitise the linen ourselves, check it before every changeover and bring it when needed, even on the busiest days. After every stay our teams clean the home from top to bottom.
