What you see, screen by screen.

These are the screens of the app our owners use, with a sample home and sample figures. The sums follow the same rules as the management system we use.

  1. Home

    As soon as you log in you see how much you are owed, when the next transfer arrives and how the current month is going, with the nights booked.

  2. The monthly statement

    Every booking line by line: total paid by the guest, cleaning, portal commission with VAT, 21% withholding tax, Abitare's 30% commission with VAT and your net. At the bottom, the totals and the transfer date: the 15th of the following month.

  3. Bookings

    All the year's bookings with dates, nights, guests and channel. The net amount appears as soon as a booking enters the monthly count; for future stays you see the expected net.

  4. The calendar

    Booked nights day by day, with one colour per channel. To protect guests' privacy you see dates, nights and number of people, not their personal details.

  5. Transfers

    How much you have earned, how much we have already transferred and how much is still to come. Every transfer with its date and the bank's confirmation.

  6. Documents and tax

    Your Certificazione Unica, the summary of rent and withholding tax for your accountant, also in Excel, and our invoices. Always ready to download.

On a computer, the statement as a table

On a computer you see every column of the statement side by side, booking by booking, with the month's totals. The same statement can be downloaded as a PDF.
