Abitare was born in Sanremo in 2019 with a simple idea: manage every home the way we would want ours managed. Today it is a hospitality and technology company, with over 200 properties managed and Abitare OS as its working platform.

From keys to platform
2019
The first homes
In Sanremo we start managing short-stay flats: welcoming guests, cleaning and listings, one by one.
Then
Along the coast
Ospedaletti and Bordighera follow. Homes become dozens, and every process is written down and measured.
Today
Abitare OS
Day-to-day work runs on Abitare OS: prices, calendars, check-in, tax and statements in one platform.
Tomorrow
New areas
Same care, same platform: next come western Liguria and the French Riviera.
