Edoardo Biancheri
Edoardo Biancheri is co-founder of Abitare Affitti Brevi, the Sanremo company that manages holiday lets across the Riviera dei Fiori.
Biography
In 2017 he founded Abitare in Sanremo together with Federico Aresio: an estate agency that sells homes on an exclusive, selective basis across the whole Riviera dei Fiori. Two different ways of looking at property, one shared idea of quality: treat every home as if it were your own.
His work is helping owners sell at the right price, with a strategy built around the home: preparing it with home staging, which Abitare has handled with an in-house professional since 2025, and open houses, the event that since 2021 brings the most serious buyers together in a few hours.
With Abitare Affitti Brevi he brings the same method to holiday homes: more than 200 properties managed since 2019, for owners who want their home to earn without running it day to day.
