Abitare OS, software owned by Federico Aresio and licensed to ABC SRLS, automates what traditional managers do by hand: prices, calendars, check-in, tax, statements.

The same method and the same platform, taken to western Liguria and the French Riviera, including through local hubs.
A real track record
Over 200 properties managed since 2019: processes born in real homes, not in a spreadsheet.
New areas are a goal, not a result: we update the site as we open them.
