Property manager
The point of reference for a group of homes and their owners.
What you will do
- Look after a portfolio of homes and their owners
- Check prices, calendars and quality with Abitare OS
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and suppliers
- Present results to owners every month
What we look for
- Experience in hospitality, real estate or client management
- Italian and English; French is a plus
- Driving licence and knowledge of the area
How you grow
From a portfolio of homes to leading an area, up to Head of Operations.

Guest experience
Abitare's voice for guests, before, during and after their stay.
What you will do
- Answer guests by chat, email and phone
- Handle online check-in and special requests
- Read reviews and turn problems into improvements
What we look for
- At least two of English, French, German and Spanish
- Calm on peak days, such as the Festival
- Clear, courteous writing

Partner questions
Is the partner programme already running?
We are selecting the first partners. Write to us using the form: we reply as soon as possible and tell you where things stand in your area.
How much does it cost to become a partner?
The financial terms depend on the level and the area. We present them in writing after the introductory call.
Do I have to change my brand?
No, if you are a Software partner or Network partner. Only an Abitare Hub works under the Abitare brand.
Who processes my guests' and owners' data?
Privacy roles, controller and processor, are set out in the contract under the GDPR. Data stays on servers in the European Union.
In which areas are you looking for partners?
First in western Liguria and on the French Riviera, close to where we work today. We also consider other areas.
Can I move from one level to another?
Yes. A Software partner or Network partner can become an Abitare Hub when the area is ready.
