Abitare is a hospitality and technology company founded in Sanremo in 2019. It manages short-stay homes on the Riviera dei Fiori, from Imperia to Ventimiglia, with Abitare OS, the platform it works on (software owned by Federico Aresio and licensed to ABC SRLS): prices updated every day, online check-in with ID verification, automated tax and monthly statements for owners. Since 2019 it has managed over 200 properties.

Abitare is a hospitality and technology company founded in Sanremo in 2019 under the Abitare Affitti Brevi brand (ABC SRLS). It manages short-stay homes between Ospedaletti, Sanremo and Bordighera, on the Italian Riviera dei Fiori, and since 2019 has managed over 200 properties.

Day-to-day work runs on Abitare OS, software owned by Federico Aresio and licensed to ABC SRLS, which connects the sales channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, smaller portals and the direct website, kept in sync by the channel manager), dynamic prices updated every day, online check-in with ID verification, cleaning and maintenance. As withholding agent, Abitare applies the 21% withholding tax and handles tourist tax, police registrations and CIN on behalf of owners, who follow bookings and revenue in a dedicated app and receive their payout by the 15th of each month.

Linen is washed and sanitised in the company's own laundry. The next step is to grow along the coast, into western Liguria and the French Riviera, with the same quality of management.
