FAQ

Before you ask.

When is the 2027 Festival?

From 16 to 20 February 2027 at the Ariston Theatre: five nights, with the final on Saturday 20. The dates come from the rules published by Rai; we'll confirm the start time as soon as it is official. You can change the dates of your request at any time.

How much does a home cost for Festival week?

We price on dates, people and homes, and you receive a written quotation with the total. We don't publish nightly prices for the Festival, because they depend on availability on those days.

How far ahead should we get in touch?

There are 22 homes within 1.5 km of the Ariston: the sooner you write, the easier it is to keep the group in the same area.

How do you work out the walking minutes?

We divide the distance between the home's approximate location and the theatre by 80 metres per minute (4.8 km/h, an easy pace) and round it. You get the exact address with the booking.

Can we arrive late at night?

Yes. Check-in is online before arrival and many homes have self check-in: no waiting at a reception desk.

Who is our contact person?

One person from our team, reachable by phone and WhatsApp, from the proposal to check-out.

Is there parking?

2 of the homes on the map list parking among their amenities: if you need it, we put them first in the proposal. Tell us how many vehicles you have.

Do you issue e-invoices?

Yes, issued by ABC SRLS: made out to your company or production, with VAT number and SDI code or PEC. One invoice even for several homes.

How do we pay?

By bank transfer. Amounts and due dates are set out in the quotation, before you confirm.

What if dates change or we need to cancel?

Change and cancellation terms are written into the quotation before you confirm. No hidden rules.

Can you split documents by guest or cost centre?

Tell us in your request what you need (a single invoice or separate documents per guest or cost centre) and we'll agree it in the quotation.

Who registers guests with the police (Alloggiati Web)?

We do. Each guest checks in online with an ID document before arrival; we send the notification to the police, as Italian law requires.

Is the tourist tax included?

No: it is a municipal tax, separate from the price of the nights. We show it in the quotation and it is paid during online check-in.
