The home

A small home for two, about 24 square metres, in an elegant and quiet setting. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge and hob. You get wifi, air conditioning, heating and a flat-screen TV. The terrace and balcony face the sea. Towels, linen and soap are included. Check-in is self-service with a key box, and pets are welcome. The beach is about 50 metres away, right below the house, and the seafront promenade and cycle path are steps away. The Casino is about 600 metres away and the Ariston Theatre about 1 km, around a dozen minutes on foot. The old town and the central streets are a fifteen-minute walk. It is made for a couple: a weekend by the sea, a few days of rest, or an evening at the theatre without worrying about the car.

Tourist tax

Not included in the price: you pay it at online check-in. In Sanremo, children under 12 are exempt.

Respect

No parties, quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no smoking indoors.
