Suite Arnaldo 10

The home

A renovated flat of about 40 m² for two, laid out as an open-plan space with a double bed and a full bathroom. You have a kitchenette with hob and microwave, a dining table, a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, heating and wifi. There's also a safe for your documents. Location is the main draw: you're in the centre of Sanremo, with the Ariston Theatre about 300 metres away and the Casino around 500. The sea is roughly 400 metres away, about a five-minute walk, with shops, restaurants and the old town all around you. You won't need a car. Check-in is self-service with a key box and pets are welcome. It's a practical choice for a couple on holiday, for business trips, and for anyone coming for the Festival who wants to walk to the theatre.
