The home

Suite Bottini 6 is a renovated one-bedroom flat in La Pigna, Sanremo's old town. You have a bedroom with a double bed plus a sofa bed, so it sleeps up to four. There is one bathroom, and a separate kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and freezer. You also get a washing machine, wifi, air conditioning, heating and TV. Two work desks make it easy to work remotely. Check-in is self-service with a key lockbox. The Ariston Theatre is about 350 metres away, under five minutes on foot, and the sea about 550 metres. Around you are the old-town lanes, the market, bars and restaurants, and the Casino is within walking distance. Pets are welcome and smoking is not allowed indoors. It suits couples, small families and anyone in town for work or the Festival who wants to get around without a car.

Not included in the price: you pay it at online check-in. In Sanremo, children under 12 are exempt.

No parties, quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no smoking indoors.
