Federico Aresio is co-founder of Abitare Affitti Brevi, the Sanremo company that manages holiday lets across the Riviera dei Fiori, and the author of Abitare OS, the software we work on.
Biography
In 2017 he founded Abitare in Sanremo together with Edoardo Biancheri: an estate agency that sells homes on an exclusive basis only, with home staging and open houses, across the whole Riviera dei Fiori. It started from a question the two still ask before taking on a home: if it were ours, would we trust us with it?
Since 2018 the agency has told the story of each home through videos on social media; Federico shares them on his Instagram profile, followed by thousands of people. Open houses arrived in 2021, and in 2025 home staging moved in-house with a dedicated professional.
With Abitare Affitti Brevi the same care goes into holiday homes: more than 200 properties managed since 2019. Federico wrote Abitare OS, the software we use every day for bookings, pricing, owner statements and online check-in: it is his software, licensed for use to ABC SRLS.
On the blog he writes the articles for owners, including the ones built on data from the homes we manage.
