The home

A two-bedroom flat for up to four guests, with a private terrace of about 100 m². One bedroom has a double bed and the other a bunk bed, well suited to children. There is one bathroom with a hairdryer and hot water. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine, and you'll also find a washing machine, iron, TV, air conditioning and a heat pump for heating. The building has a lift and the flat is all on one level. Outside, besides the terrace with furniture, a table and sun loungers, there's a private garden with an outdoor shower, so you can rinse off when you come back from the beach. Check-in is self-service with a key box and pets are welcome. It suits families with children and anyone who likes to spend time outdoors, from sunny breakfasts to dinners on the terrace.

Arrival

From 3 pm. With self check-in you can arrive at any time using your code.

Departure

By 10 am. Ask us for a late check-out: if the home is free, it's yours.

Online check-in

The law requires documents for every guest: upload them from your phone before you travel.

Tourist tax

Not included in the price: you pay it at online check-in. In Sanremo, children under 12 are exempt.

Respect

No parties, quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no smoking indoors.
