Suite Matteotti 133 is a renovated one-bedroom flat right in the centre of Sanremo, designed for two. You have a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen for preparing your meals. There is wifi, heating, a TV and a dedicated workspace, handy if you need to work for a few hours. A safe lets you leave documents and valuables at home. Bed linen, towels, soap and toilet paper are provided. Check-in is self-service with a key box and pets are welcome. Location is the main asset: the Ariston Theatre is about 100 metres away and the sea about 300. Step outside and you are among the shops, cafes and restaurants of the main street, with the Casino and the promenade a few minutes away. It suits a couple, a business traveller, or anyone coming for the Festival who wants to walk to the theatre.
