The home

A modern one-bedroom flat with bright rooms and a view of the sea. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a sofa bed in the living room, for up to four guests. The bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a freezer and a dining table, and you also get a washing machine, cable TV, heating and a spot to work. The terrace and balcony are the place for breakfast or an evening drink looking out to sea. Towels, linen, soap and shampoo are ready. You let yourself in with a smart lock, no need to meet anyone. Pets are welcome. The sea is about 100 metres away; the centre and the Ariston Theatre are about 2.5 km away, half an hour on foot along the coast or a few minutes by bus.
