Luxury Penthouse Poseidon Suite

The home

This penthouse of about 100 m² sleeps up to six: two bedrooms with a double bed each, plus a sofa bed. There is one bathroom with shower and bidet. The kitchen comes with an oven and a coffee machine, and you'll have air conditioning, heating, a Smart TV and wifi. The real draw is outdoors: a terrace and a balcony for breakfast or dinner in the open air. Keep in mind the flat is on the fifth floor and the building has no lift. You're on the western side of Sanremo, close to the water: the beach is about 150 metres away as the crow flies, while the Ariston Theatre and the town centre are around 2 km away, roughly twenty-five minutes on foot along the coast or a short bus ride. Pets are allowed, possibly for an extra fee. It works well for families and groups of friends who want to be near the sea with plenty of outdoor space.

Tourist tax

Not included in the price: you pay it at online check-in. In Sanremo, children under 12 are exempt.

Respect

No parties, quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no smoking indoors.
