The home

Suite dei Fiori is a flat for four with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so nobody has to queue in the morning. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, freezer and dining table, and there is also a workspace. You get a washing machine, heating, cable TV and a hair dryer, plus bed linen, towels and shampoo. Outside you can use both a balcony and a terrace. Free parking is available on site and there is a swimming pool, a real plus in the warmer months. Pets are welcome. The sea is about 150 metres away, a couple of minutes on foot. The Ariston Theatre is further, about 3.7 km: for the town centre the car, the bus or the seaside cycle path are the easiest options. It is designed for a family or two couples who want beach, pool and parking while still being close to Sanremo.

By 10 am. Ask us for a late check-out: if the home is free, it's yours.

The law requires documents for every guest: upload them from your phone before you travel.

Tourist tax

Not included in the price: you pay it at online check-in. In Sanremo, children under 12 are exempt.

Respect

No parties, quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no smoking indoors.
