The home
A freshly renovated one-bedroom flat inside the Modus Vivendi residence, on the fourth floor with a lift. You get a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. There is one bathroom. Each room has its own Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video, and the flat has central air conditioning and heating, wifi and a Nespresso machine. The kitchen includes an induction hob, an air fryer and a microwave. From the private balcony you can see the sea, a nice spot for breakfast or an evening drink. The residence sits on a quiet hillside: the sea is about a 10-minute walk away and the town centre about twenty minutes. Walking trails into the hills behind Sanremo start nearby too. Check-in is self-service with a key box and pets are welcome. It suits a couple or a small family looking for a well-kept flat and some peace and quiet.
