The home

A one-bedroom flat on the third floor, with a lift, in a residence set on the hillside above Sanremo. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a sofa bed in the living room, so four can sleep here. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and heated towel rail. The kitchen is a single run with electric hob, hood, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. From the furnished terrace, with a table for four, you can see the sea. You get wifi, air conditioning, heating, a TV and a folding desk if you need to work. Check-in is self-service with a key box. The seafront is about 600 metres away, around ten minutes on foot downhill; the Ariston Theatre is about 1.6 km away. Parking is free on the street nearby. It works well for a couple or a small family who like the quiet of the hill, with the sea in view and the centre within walking distance.
