Suite 106 is a Deluxe one-bedroom flat in the ModusVivendi residence, on a private road in the upper part of Sanremo. It sleeps up to three: the bedroom has a queen-size double bed and there is also a bunk bed, handy for a child or a friend. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and heated towel rail. The kitchenette comes with an electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. You have air conditioning, heating, wifi, a wall-mounted TV and a dedicated workspace. The furnished balcony has a table, chairs and an electric awning, and looks out over the sea and the hills. The building has a lift and a shared laundry. Check-in is self-service with a key box. The sea is about 600 metres away and the Ariston Theatre about 1.6 km. Free street parking is available nearby, with no reserved space. It suits a couple, a small family or anyone working remotely who wants a quiet residential area.
