Suite LEI

The home

Suite LEI is a one-bedroom flat of about 55 square metres on the east side of Sanremo. You have a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, for up to four guests, and a cot is available on request. There is one bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and coffee maker, plus a dining table. You also get air conditioning, heating and a smart TV. Outside there is a terrace and a balcony. The sea is about 400 metres away: San Martino beach is a few minutes on foot, and the seafront cycle path runs right there. The Ariston Theatre is about 1.4 km away, a little under twenty minutes' walk. Pets are welcome, possibly for an extra fee. No smoking inside and no parties. It suits families with small children and couples who want to stay close to the sea.

From 3 pm. With self check-in you can arrive at any time using your code.

Departure

By 10 am. Ask us for a late check-out: if the home is free, it's yours.

Online check-in

The law requires documents for every guest: upload them from your phone before you travel.

Tourist tax

Not included in the price: you pay it at online check-in. In Sanremo, children under 12 are exempt.

Respect

No parties, quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no smoking indoors.
