The home

A modern, bright one-bedroom flat for two, with a view of the sea. The bedroom has a double bed, there's a sofa bed in the living room and a full bathroom. The kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, freezer and dishwasher, and you'll also have a washing machine, TV, air conditioning and heating. There's a workspace too, if you want to mix a few days of remote work with the beach. From the balcony you can watch the sea over breakfast. The sea is about 350 metres away as the crow flies, a five-minute walk; the Ariston Theatre and the town centre are about 2.3 km away, reachable by bus, by bike along the coastal path or with a half-hour walk. On-site parking is available for a fee. Check-in is self-service with a key box and pets are welcome. It's designed for a couple who want a well-kept flat with a view, for a weekend or a week by the sea.

Departure

By 10 am. Ask us for a late check-out: if the home is free, it's yours.

The law requires documents for every guest: upload them from your phone before you travel.

Tourist tax

Not included in the price: you pay it at online check-in. In Sanremo, children under 12 are exempt.

Respect

No parties, quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no smoking indoors.
