Suite Deamicis

The home

Suite Deamicis is a one-bedroom flat in a residential area just above Sanremo's centre. You have a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, so it sleeps up to four. There is one bathroom. The kitchen is equipped, with a dining table and a corner for working. You also get air conditioning, heating, a TV and a safe. The highlight is the terrace: eat in the sun while looking out towards the sea and the harbour. There is a balcony too. Check-in is self-service with a key lockbox. The Ariston Theatre is about 750 metres away, around ten minutes on foot; the sea is under a kilometre, downhill. The way back is uphill, so keep that in mind. Pets are welcome and smoking is not allowed indoors. Good for couples or a small family who want a quiet base with the centre within walking distance.

Departure

By 10 am. Ask us for a late check-out: if the home is free, it's yours.

The law requires documents for every guest: upload them from your phone before you travel.

Tourist tax

Not included in the price: you pay it at online check-in. In Sanremo, children under 12 are exempt.

Respect

No parties, quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no smoking indoors.
