The home

A penthouse built for groups who still want their own space. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room, so up to six people can stay. With two bathrooms, mornings run smoothly. You get a terrace and a balcony for eating outdoors or reading in the sun, a full kitchen, a dining table and a spot to work on your laptop. TV, heating, towels and bed linen are included. There is free parking on the property, handy if you arrive by car. You are in Ospedaletti, a small and easygoing town on the coast: the sea is about 250 metres away and the coastal cycle path runs along the shore. Sanremo and the Ariston Theatre are about 5 km away, roughly ten minutes by car. It suits families, two couples travelling together or a group of friends who want room to breathe.

Not included in the price: you pay it at online check-in. In Sanremo, children under 12 are exempt.

No parties, quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no smoking indoors.
