Casa Viola

The home

Casa Viola is set up for families and groups: two bedrooms, each with a double bed, plus a sofa bed, for up to six guests. There are two bathrooms, so mornings run smoothly. Inside you'll find a kitchen for cooking your own meals, a washing machine, TV, heating, a dining table and a corner for working on your laptop. Outside there's a balcony and a terrace, handy for breakfast in the open air or drying beach towels. Parking is free on the property, which is a real plus on the Riviera. The house is in the Poggio area, on the hills above Sanremo: the sea is about 2 km away as the crow flies and the Ariston Theatre a little over 3 km, so a car is the easiest way to get around. Pets are welcome. It suits families, groups of friends and anyone who wants space and a quieter base outside the town centre.

Arrival

From 3 pm. With self check-in you can arrive at any time using your code.

Departure

By 10 am. Ask us for a late check-out: if the home is free, it's yours.

Online check-in

The law requires documents for every guest: upload them from your phone before you travel.

Tourist tax

Not included in the price: you pay it at online check-in. In Sanremo, children under 12 are exempt.

Respect

No parties, quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no smoking indoors.
