Suite Semeria 38

Le logement

Suite Semeria 38 is an apartment west of Sanremo's centre, in a residential area away from the traffic. It has three bedrooms with double beds, for up to six guests, and one bathroom. The kitchen is equipped, and you also get a TV, a hair dryer and a safe. There is a private terrace and a balcony, handy for eating outdoors. Check-in is self-service with a key lockbox. The sea is about 150 metres away: you reach the beach in a couple of minutes and you're on the coastal cycle path, which takes you into town on foot or by bike. The Ariston Theatre is about 2 km away, a good twenty-plus minutes' walk along the seafront. Parking in the area is paid. Pets are welcome and smoking is not allowed indoors. It suits families, groups of friends or remote workers who want the sea on their doorstep.
