What data we collect

Through the forms on the site (valuation request and owner contact form) we collect the data you provide voluntarily:

• first and last name;
• phone number;
• email address;
• address or location of the property;
• any message and data relating to the requested valuation.

We also collect technical browsing data strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the site.

Purposes and legal basis

• Respond to your requests, provide the valuation and contact you: legal basis in consent and/or in the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).
• Comply with any legal obligations.

How we process data and third-party tools

The data sent via the forms is transmitted and stored using Google services (Google Sheets and Google Apps Script) and delivered to us by email. For booking management we use Smoobu (booking.smoobu.com), embedded on the site via iframe. The site also uses Google Fonts for typography. These parties may process the data under their respective privacy policies, as data processors or independent controllers.

Data retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, to fulfil legal obligations; afterwards the data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

As a data subject you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights write to abcsrls2023@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
